His Name

CommentsHis Name is Yahuah. Whether we agree on the pronuniciation or not, one thing is certain, it is definitely not pronounced "Jehovah," as is commonly assumed, because the letter "J" did not come into existence until about 500 years ago. His Name is also not "Lord" nor is it "God." These titles are used to further hide and obscure His Name. There are very few people who either know or use His Name. But those who love Him do, and if they don't know, they will take the time to find out and will repent of breaking the third commandment:
Consider the following KJV translation. It is an example of translators intentionally hiding (or bringing to nothing) the Name of the Almighty!
If we have never taken the time to discover the Name of the One we worship, can it be said that we really know or love Him? If people continually called me by some other name, I would say they probably don't know me very well. Why is it that the names of other mighty ones, or gods--even that of our adversary (may his name be forever blotted out!)--are spelled out in most Scripture translations, yet the Name of the One true Elohim is hidden?
One last thought:
Is it possible that we can think on a Name that we don't know? Consider these things, brethren.

Exo 23:13 “And in all that I have said to you take heed. And make no mention of the name of other mighty ones, let it not be heard from your mouth."
Mal 3:16 "Then shall those who fear יהוה speak to one another, and יהוה listen and hear, and a book of remembrance be written before Him, of those who fear יהוה, and those who think upon His Name." |

Pray for the peace of Yerushalayim - Isa 62:6,7
"I have set watchmen on your walls, O Yerushalayim, all the day and all the night, continually, who are not silent. You who remember YHWH, give yourselves no rest, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Yerushalayim a praise in the earth."
