Just to see how the Father has spread us out, some of the members of the Lunar Sabbath Keepers email group has placed a pin at their location on the planet. Their stories of how they came to understand the the Creator's Original Calendar are listed below:

If you think Lunar Sabbath Keepers are "Lunatics," you might be surprised to discover that so did they at one time. The question was asked of the members in the Lunar Sabbath Keepers email group how it was that they discovered the truth regarding the calendar. A few of them have been reprinted below "as is" except for any bolding, which is mine.

Here's the story.........of a man named Brady.........who was busy with 3 boys of his own,,,,,,,,,,Oops!  Wrong story! 

OK, if I have to be serious, here's my story: I was raised Southern Baptist.  As a child and teen, I was there every time the doors were open.  As a young adult, I drifted away.  I didn't do much until about 2001 when Father got my attention with end-times prophecy.  This got me into studying seriously and I found myself in a mega Methodist church. 

As I was getting serious about learning about Father and His ways, I began to feel I needed to do more to witness to my wife.  She is a 2nd generation Jehovah's Witness.  Once while studying and praying about getting her to accept what I thought was the truth, Father caused me to realize I was a hypocrite if all I was trying to do was convert her to Protestantism.  My studies had to be about the Truth.  As a result, I begin to pray for the truth no matter where it came from.  Oh, my!  In my wildest dreams I never imagined what started on that day! 

The first thing He opened my eyes on was the Pre-Tribulation Rapture doctrine.  Once I recognized that error, I was forced to entertain the notion that other things I believed were in error.  Before it was all over, everything I had beat my wife over the head about with my Protestantant Bible, I found that I was in error on.  In many cases she was wrong too, but on stuff like the holidays, she was closer to the Truth.  I had been a jerk and did a lot of damage. 

I progressed to the Saturday Sabbath, then to the diet, then the Feasts, etc.  I steadily grew in Torah for a number of years even hearing about the "Lunar Sabbath" on one occasion in about 2007.  I heard only the con-side and blew it off as heresy. 

Several months ago, 2 other Torah families and myself suddenly felt the urge to get together on a thurs day night.  This was unusual because we often gathered on fri day night for Sabbath.  As we were getting together, it suddenly occurred to us that the sliver should be visible that night.   Up until then, the New Moon had mainly been a novelty that was used to determine Feast days.  We had a lot of fun going out and looking for the sliver.  We were so clueless we had no idea where to look.   I took this whole event as a sign and started making a more concentrated effort to recognize the New Moon.  At some point in my personal studies, I ran across Ezek 46.  These verses finally convinced me to treat the day with high regard and not involve myself in daily work.  So, for a couple months I kept the satur day sabbath as always and added the New Moon in the mix. 

Then 3-4 months ago, a Torah-keeping friend forwarded me an email on an entirely different subject asking me for feedback.  The topic was one I was passionate about.   I was intrigued because I found that the author of this email shared my beliefs.  I traced this guy back to his website.  It was Troy Miller.  Father had already prepared my heart.  When I first started studying this forgotten concept of lunar reckoning, I knew immediately it was true.  I studied this subject diligently for a couple weeks to convince the flesh.  I dove in head first at the next New Moon. 

So, THAT'S THE WAY.....I- BE-CAME---A--LUN-A-TIC!

I was at the Feast of Tabernacles this year, and a fellow started talking to me about how we were on the wrong time line? I asked him to explain, and he told me the history of the calender and such. Then he referred me to Troys site, which had a lot of info on it At www.beabearean.com. From there I studied and saw the truth. Its pretty self evident.

After switching from a sunday keeper (baptists) to a sabbath keeper (7th day adventists), then to feast keepeing later on, it was easy to see the truth and make the switch. Nothing suprises me anymore in satans kingdon down here. But I have to admit, there has been a lot of soul searching and crying, in the beginning.  Now its just the way it is!

Its obvious earthlings have greatly underestimated Lucifer/satan. The churches are absolutly no help at all. Praise God, all things are possble thru Him, even truth, and love for one another..

Well, for me, I was forewarned, by some fri/sat sabbath believing friends, of the lunar sabbath before I ever accepted it.  But then, YHWH worked His Way into my life.  I had just had our fourth child and was not able to rest at all through the night.  On shabbat (or what I thought was shabbat) some emergency was always popping up.  I prayed to YHWH for His rest for my family.  It was about that time that a long time friend got in touch with me and shared with me the way that YHWHs calendar worked.  As she shared it with me, I knew that it was a gift from YHWH.  An answer to my prayer.  He wasn't letting me rest on Saturday because it wasn't a rest day and He finally grew weary of me putting Him off for the loving warning we had received a year earlier.

I also felt lied to... by the christian churches.  I wanted to worship and love Yah as He desired me to and I had had no idea that I was way off course.  About 4 years ago I started learning about the paganism in the church when I read a book called Too Close To The Sun and then I read a book that I purchased from www.ffoz.org called Restoration: Returning the Torah of God to the Disciples of Jesus.  After that I was diving head first back into the Old Testament, which was my first love when I met the Messiah my first year in college.  I have a few dear Torah observant brothers and sisters that I keep in touch with on line and on skype now, but I also am the only Torah believer in my family.  My family is not spiritually minded, and I think I have gone from the favored child to the black sheep of the family. LOL.  Right now I am waiting for my next Word from Abba Yah, as I feel He will lead me to my safe place next.

M-- and I both grew up in the not defunct Worldwide Church of God, keeping the Sabbath. We knew one another, but was not friends while children and teens. We both went our separate ways, marrying outside the church and divorcing later in life, only to meet one another once again, after our divorces. we both found ourselves on the path back to a church that had been greatly changed (the split off churches of the old WCG). We married in March of 2001 and have been seeking truth ever since.

We began asking questions of the ministry concerning subjects like eating out on the Sabbath, The True Name of YHWH, the calendar, Passover issues, spiritual matters, etc and each time we were labeled trouble makers, simply for asking. In short we have been kicked out of seven organizations for questioning (respectfully) the theology of each church?

Soon after it had become clear to YHWH that we were serious about truth and that we would not follow any man or any church organization.....He began to reveal some of His revealed truth concerning His calendar. We began to see that the Jewish calculated calendar was not His work. We then saw that New Moons were important. we had long since come into the understanding about the name of YHWH and finally, he then revealed the truth concerning His true Sabbath sign, the moon.

YHWH did this by church people that we still met with making fun of the lunar Sabbath. Our thought was that if these people are poking fun at such a thing, we're going to have to study it. we did, for 18 months and proved it to be the absolute truth. In the summer of 2005 we made the change, without a hitch. I told all my customers, by business partner and family that we were no longer going to keep Saturday Sabbath. We lost some friends that we needed loosing and things have been great ever since.

Praise YHWH for for the life we live in the shadow of His grace.

I was raised an SDA and I've kept the Saturday Sabbath all of my life - till about 3 years ago! A fellow SDA told me about the lunisolar calendar and at first I felt angry. I'm not sure why, but I felt like I had been lied to! As SDA's, we really pride ourselves in being students of the bible, and I had a hard time believing no one else had caught this before now!

3 years later, and lots of research in between, I've found that others have tried to bring it out, but it was always stifled. I believe Yah is bringing this to light for a very special reason and it is very important that we figure out what is truth if we are to have a 'light' to share with the world. If Satan has been working so hard to hide this truth, it is for a very important reason!

I am the only one in my family that is following this and it can get a tad lonely, so when I heard J--, that you were starting this up, I jumped on it!

The important reason (besides the fact that it is the truth!) is, go to www.theWorldCalendar.org. This is a new calendar that has been slated to take effect in 2012. It will disrupt everyone that has a Sabbath - SDA's, Jews, Musleums, you name it!

For those who don't care, it'll be great! Every quarter of the year will be identical, and so will every year! If your birthday were to fall on a Tuesday, May 5th, it will always fall on a Tuesday, May 5th - for life! The problem is that on Dec. 31, 2011, it will fall on a Saturday, and the next day will be 'World Day', followed by Sunday, Jan. 1st, 2012. This will happen every year with an other 'world day' added every 4th June/July  congunction.

Have any of you heard of this already? I believe this is why we are being called out to discover the truth! Look at how many people are on here from all over the place! =]

My name isn't important I'm a professional Photographer on the weekends and during the week days I do Armed security. I learn about the lunar Sabbaths by being tricked into it by a really good friend of mine. He came to me one day and asked me if I would look at something he found in the scriptures he knew if I saw it I'd have to follow it. 

Curiousity killed this cat. My friend knew I was a student of the word willing to sacrifice when I had to for the sake of the truth. That's the least I could do to demonstrate my Love for "Yah" the only true and living GOD of Israel. So he gave this notebook filled with all this information from the scriptures about the biblical sabbath as I was going through the scriptures I started to see a pattern emerging of how specific Yah is when it comes to specific dates an He ties these dates to specific events. Another thing I noticed was He never used the term week as we use the term today, but He difinetly uses the term month. Example:
In the six hundred year of Noah's life in the second month, and on seventeen day of the month. Genesis 7:11

After I finally understood the correct days of the month for the sabbath they were very consistant. And after 2 years if studying and watching the phases of the moon for two I was approached by my supervisor who asked me why was I working on the Sabbath as I knew it then (Saturday) I told him I couldn't do the Saturday thing anymore because it was a BIG FAT LIE!!! Once i explained it to him he was as shocked as I was when he began to understand the issues at hand. Now he tells me to take off when I need to take off for the Sabbaths & New Moons. Praise be to the Most High!!!!!

My background is as follows:  Born and raised in the Catholic church and entered a convent right after high school; sent home by the nuns within a few months. Left Catholic church. Joined Protestant church; became Calvinistic in my thinking. Left Protestant church for Messianic Judaism. Rejected Rabbinic Judaism. Discovered the truth about the Creator's calendar.  It is nothing like the Gregorian calendar that all religions use today to determine their worship days and that includes Christianity and Judaism. The book that was instrumental in explaining it to me was David Polina's book, Moadai Tishmoru. At first, I was somewhat hesitant to read it because I knew that if his conclusions were correct, it would mean another, even more radical, change in my life. Nevertheless, as a seeker after the truth, I had to know. Being isolated in my belief for nearly a year, the only person to ask questions of was David and he was very helpful in answering my many questions.  At first, I tried to keep the Sabbath according to the Father's calendar AND the Gregorian calendar, but then I came to see that all man-made calendars are false systems, offensive to the Father, and should not be used to try to keep His Sabbaths or Feast days. As a result, I no longer fellowship at any synagogue on the Gregorian 7th day because I do not want to give any credence to it whatsoever.

I read one of Hebert Armstrong's books in the mid-eighties and attended the WWCOG  for a time. I quit keeping mans pagan holidays back then. I married and drifted some for a few years, but still refrained from mans holidays. I divorced in 98 and that caused a hard self examination and I began study of the scriptures again with a different perspective. I have read the entire scriptures once a year every year for the last 11 years, along with much other material ( I read alot ). I began attending a SDA building for a time for study, but I wouldnt go in the sanctuary for regular service because of what I considered idols( pics of mans idea of Jahshuwah). I started to notice the new moons mentioned ( 12 times I think) in the scriptures and started my own research out of curiosity....I have been keeping the appointed times weekly and annually for 6-7 yrs. I stopped using a ssn about the same time. I exist by faith. Coming out of Babylon teaches you much... be free

Started to study the issue about YAH's shabawts according to his two Great Lights, going on to four years now. Immediately I knew there was something wrong with the traditional sabbath of the Jews. Upon visiting the Philippines about 8 years ago, there was trouble with trying to figure out which day was Shabawt. After picking up a globe and spinning it a number of times; using an object to simulate the Greater Light to shine on the earth, I knew there was something wrong with the way we mark off days, months and years. I continued to keep the traditional sabbath for some years, and visited the Philippines a number of times again, facing the same problems with the traditional sabbath. After not knowing what to do about this problem, I decided to go back to the beginning of the first chapter of Genesis, and look into this issue with the Two Great Lights a little deeper. (WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS READ INSTRUCTIONS ... LOL)

To my surprise, the answer was there all along, in the first chapter of the book. It was at the darkest time of the (Third week of December) year that YAH revealed to me, the truth of his Torah that he marks off time for us, according to his Two Great Lights above our heads. I went to my boss immediately and told him that I was finished with work at the company, because they didn't have a schedule that I could work, and keep the Creator's Shabawts; so thereforet he would have to find a replacement for me. He said "Hold on a minute here; have a seat and explain to me what you are trying to say". I did, and he asked me to make a calendar and point out the days that were needed off. The rest is history, and I am still there. Just a few more years to retirement! Don't have any more problems with Shabawt any more, any where on the planet. All I have to do is look up and observe the Creator's Calendar over my head. Currently, we are in the Philippines and do know which day it is on the Creator's Calendar. He doesn't lie and has left us his faithful witness in the heavens. Would love to have contact with all of you wonderful folks. It is lonely up here in Northern Canada (North Eastern Alberta), and we long for fellowship with like minded folks.

Was wondering how many here keep the lunar Sabbath or go by our Creator's calendar.

This revelation is so wonderful....to know that the sky is our calendar....oh, I do smile when I see the full moon shining is it's beauty.  YHVH's full moon is so beautiful....a sign to us.....a new month has begun. When I was first told about this I fought it with ever fiber of my being :) Yet, the thought would not go away.....so I prayed shut my self away and did a intense research/study for three weeks. Finally light broke through and I saw the Truth.....praise Yah!

When our Father said to be set-apart.....wow, He sure meant that....His calendar sets us apart, even more. Like Rev 22:11 says......whoever is set apart let him be more set apart.....His calendar, sets is apart even more!

I too fought it for 18 months, with almost solid study, day and night, but after much prayer and fasting, I come to see the truth was the truth. I've learned so much since that day in 2005.

YHWH is certainly moving powerfully way to restore truth in these last days. As one person put it here, Just like the dew from heaven, YHWH is trickling truth to us. The outpouring of His latter rain is yet coming. This forum will help us be ready for that rain.

My "Trail of Breadcrumbs to the Creator's Calendar" has been no less interesting than many others. I came along the feast or appointed times path, periodically being drawn to study the appointed times, sensing that there was something there that I should learn and pay attention to. I've been SDA since 1976, so I stepped onto "unholy" SDA ground with this direction. My most intense periods of study were in 2004, and then a really significant period in 2007, when I discovered in looking back at my files and folders, that I had actually stumbled onto the lunar sabbath but did not realize the significance.

In May of 2009, I discovered the materials about the Millerites use of the lunisolar calendar for the calculation of Oct 22 1844, and "bam," that's when I took the "bait" And believe me the hook was set almost immediately. Actually the point of taking the bait happened shortly after I purposed to observe my first meaningful "passover" alone in 2009. It was my first direct act of obedience to Yah's appointed times, and He rewarded me in a big way. Once I discovered the end of the perverbial thread and started pulling, I haven't stopped since. I've oberved the lunar sabbath since about August 2009. I have settled into this "present truth" enough that I doubt that I could be shaken out at this point. I think it was a shorter study and quicker recognition of the lunar sabbath for me because of the background study of the feasts, so I was somewhat acquainted with the calendar that was used.

I've also stepped out and begun encouraging others to study for themselves.
My Adventist friends and others literally go off like cannons with resistance and rebuttals, but I keep plugging away when Yah's spirit prompts.

And BTW, I'm in Apalachicola Florida. I believe Yah brought me here in Jan
2008 to draw me away from most of the hustle and bustle of the world so that I would be prepared to spend nearly 8 months in intense study once He revealed the lunar calendar sabbath to me. I haven't been to a Walmart in over 2 years, don't have all the worldly stores to be distracted by. I have only been to Panama City 60 miles away 3-4 times in 2 years. It's like stepping back in time about 40 years here and I like it.
